The Artist Statement is now situated within a mystical, philosophic, physic, psychē, metaphysical, historical, ontological, polyglot, and macro- / micro-cosmological account of ancestral healing. The practice joins material craft and contemplative attention: stone, pigment, metal, word, breath, image, lineage, and landscape become media through which memory may be examined and ethically re-formed. Its method is comparative but not homogenizing; it places Kemetic, Maghribi, Mediterranean, Islamic, Indigenous, and European vocabularies into disciplined relation while preserving their distinct histories.

Authorship and media status. The Gibraltar resource distinguishes original text from separate visual reference: Gibraltar and the Maghreb: A Brief Synopsis of Ancient Indigenous Peoples and Cultural Continuities is a text-only draft and original work under development, while the accompanying Gibraltar image is not claimed as original artwork. This distinction now applies site-wide to written drafts, supplied images, archival scans, and other media.

Editorial and legal status. Mystical and metaphysical language is preserved as artistic, philosophical, and hermeneutic discourse. Terms such as ius divinum, ius sanguinis, suzerain, trust, FOIA, treaty supremacy, and equitable relief are retained as the vocabulary of drafts and as objects of comparative study; they do not, by publication here, establish title, debt, jurisdiction, or a court-recognized remedy.
